2 cups almond meal/flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup unpasteurized liquid honey or pure maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup of raisins or dark chocolate chips (your preference)
Process:
1: preheat oven to 325 F
2. mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
3: in a smaller bowl mix together wet ingredients
4: combine wet into dry
5: drop tablespoon sized amounts of batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet
6: bake for 15 mins
7: allow cookies to cool and serve!
